Production Description

The peanut shelling machine consists of a frame, fan, rotor, single-phase motor, two-layer screen, feed hopper, vibrating screen, V-belt pulley, and drive V-belt. It boasts a shelling rate of up to 98%, offering extremely high efficiency and processing large quantities of peanuts. The machine can be powered by gas or electricity, allowing customers to choose the heating method according to their needs.

After shelling, the peanuts first pass through a large screen; lighter shells are blown away, while smaller kernels are sieved and collected for secondary shelling. Then, the peanut shells and kernels are blown away by a rotating fan, with lighter shells being blown out of the machine. Finally, the peanut kernels are graded by a vibrating screen. The sorting surface then descends, and the peanuts flow through a return inlet into an lifting device, where they are pneumatically lifted to the rear drum. The shelled peanuts and shells fall into a rear arc-shaped screen, where a fan performs secondary sorting. A gravity sorting screen further filters out qualified peanuts, ensuring all peanuts are shelled.
